Without Parts (AMC WOP) : Covering only Hardware \ Software Troubleshooting
AMC for a stand alone and proper functional computer with the Processor,
Mother Board, Cabinet with SMPS, RAM, Floppy Drive, Hard Disk, Video Card,
Monitor, Multimedia kit, Mouse, Keyboard, and a Modem sums up to Rs
6000. *A sum of Rs 200 in addition is required for every other
add-on hardware device attached to your PC, e.g. (Zip Drive, Printer,
Scanner, Web-Cam…). *This will help you get trouble-shooting and
servicing support for the same. Multi-functional devices would be chargeable
as per their complexity and different features offered by the same. Networking
charges sum up to Rs300 per Computer (excluding the hardware requirements
\ cabling \ crimping). Please note that you will be attended 12 times,
24 hour, or for a period of one year, which ever matures first within
the contract period. Please file and maintain all the service reports
provided to you from time to time. For every additional attendance after
the termination of the AMC, you will be chargeable accordingly, as per
the services acquired.
Note: Servicing of the computer parts \ Repair or any service which requires
circuit level professional handling is not covered by this contract and
will be chargeable for as per the assistance provided.

Note: It is not necessary to assure you’re add-on devices mentioned
above. The draw back being that these devices would not be provided troubleshooting
services or may be provided at the cost of two AMC services. Any Hardware
Trouble shooting would be chargeable as per the repair sheet.
AMC for a
Laptop is Rs.6000. There is a Carry-In AMC service provided for Laptops…
(You have to hand over the laptop at our office, and get it picked up
when the problem is solved). This is due to the fact that, Laptops involve
more complexity as they are very delicate, expensive, compact in size,
plus their device drivers are not easily available, they need the extra
time and efforts as there is no standardization etc. Thus troubleshooting
Hardware \ Software related bugs need time and professional handling.
The other points as mentioned above for the AMC of a PC apply. Standby
system will be provided only after receiving a deposit.
Terms
and Condition
A) A detailed system check would be performed for every PC before the
signup for the AMC. If thought necessary, you would be given some guidance
to improve hardware \ software efficiency and may be asked to upgrade
if necessary. You must have the minimal hardware resources to meet your
software requirement.
B) AMC gets activated once the complete AMC (non refundable) amount has
been received. The Cheque must be drawn in the favoring of “ITSPRO”.
C) The AMC will be considered void if we detect that any individual on
your premises or any third party, assembles \ disassembles \ installs
any peripheral device OR installs any software which destructs \ mismatches
the operating system, causing viral hazard \ system failure... It is at
our discrete to either void the AMC for that PC or provide support after
charging a penalty of Rs. 500 for beseech of AMC.
D) We reserve the right to change the AMC \ service pricing policies after
giving a notice of one week.
E) Training \ Consultancy service will not be provided free of cost. Please
fix up an appointment for the same.
F) A computer has its one individuality, thus AMC of one PC is not transferable
to another.
G) One troubleshooting service visit may require attention to ‘N’
number of PC, in such a case you will receive ‘N’ service
reports for the ‘N’ number of PC’s attended.
H) Repair does not form a part of AMC and will be billed for separately.
Minimal service charges payable even if it was not successful repaired
due to any technical reasons. This nominal amount is a token of compensation
for professional engineer who provide technical support, investing time
and effort, so as to save your investment.
I) Disassembly (e.g. hardware maintenance service) \ Repair \ Testing
and Rectifying Complicated hardware or software problems of a PC will
not be done on client site. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick
up your computer from our office or the transportation cost for the same
will have to be born by you \ your firm.
J) Minimum 4 days would be required to diagnose chip level hardware failures.
The repair may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of the
component. We do not undertake any responsibility for any loss \ damage
\ accidents while at your service be it wear ever \ what-so ever .
H) Incase we need to provide you with a stand by system, it will be provided
for only if is available with us. The system will be well tested at the
time of delivery. The system must maintain the same functional conditions
at the time we collect the same. The two way transport needs to be born
by you \ your firm. The lose due to physical damages due to negligence,
wear & tear, natural calamities leading to chip level repair services
if needed, will have to be born by you \ your firm. A minimal sum of Rs
250 would be chargeable towards the maintenance of the system, payable
on delivery of the same. In case a standby is not available, only after
your approval, a system may be arranged by us on hire bases, and you will
have to bare the entire cost for the same.
I) Note: We only provide Hardware \ Software Trouble shooting services.
You are entitled for one hardware maintenance service for your computer
\ Laptop. (An additional Hardware Servicing would be chargeable).
