Main Features:
Direct USB connector for convenient plug into the laptop USB port
Retractable Antenna which enhances signal strength in low RF conditions
Plug n Play drivers – the modem does not require any installation of drivers
and can be directly plugged into any XP PC and used without installation of drivers.
(Only Windows dialup modem configuration is required i.e.
dialing no # 777 with username, password. )

NETCONNECT: Advance Rental Plans
Free Data card bundled along with advance rental payment option:

12 Months Offer : Pay 12 months advance rental of Freedom data plan (Rs. 650 pm plus ST) and get a free data card with bundled 12 months usage of 1 Gigabyte/month .
Additional data usage .i.e above 1GB/Month will be charged at Rs.2/MB

24 Months Offer : Pay 24 months subscription of Swift 40 (Rs. 400 pm plus ST) and get a free data card with bundled 24 months usage of 20 hours in peak hours+40 hours in off-peak hours usage every month.
Additional data usage will be charged at Re. 0.5/min.

Documents required for Activation of Reliance Data Cards

If the Data Card’s Bill is required in Personal Name:

CAF Form required: Individual

Documents required:

1. Address Proof: Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill, bearing the person’s name, and address. (Latest)
2. Two Photographs
3. Photo ID
Pan Card / Driving Licence / Voter’s ID / Passport
(Options: if the customer does not have Tel or Elec Bill in his name, then Xerox copy of Ration card is also required to show relationship / Or Valid Lease Agreement on stamp paper of Rs. 100 or more. Lease Agreement should be notarised.)

All Xerox copies must have signature of the applicant (Self attested)

4 MDN Sticker of GSK

If the Billing is required in Company’s Name:

CAF required is (Other than Individual) Documents required are:

1. Address proof: Telephone Bill (MTNL / VODAFONE / TATA INDICOM / AIRTEL etc) / Electricity Bill bearing company’s name and address. (Latest Bill)

2. Photograph of the person signing the Application Form.

3. Photo ID of the Person signing the documents. (Driving Licence / Pan Card / Voter’s ID )

4. Authority Letter on the Company’s Letterhead, in favour of the person signing the Form.

5. If the activation is required by a Private Ltd company or Public Ltd Company then a copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association is mandatory

6. MDN Sticker of GSK

All Xerox copies must have company’s stamp and signature. (Self Attested)

Card will be activated only after verification of the address is complete.
Time required for activation 2/3 Working Days.
Ration Card and Passport are not accepted by Reliance as address proof.
